Time to put on our aprons and roll up our sleeves for another installment of our popular Watermark University course, Culinary Specials. Our talented chef, Jimmy Guzman, works diligently with a selected resident each month as they craft a special menu reflecting the resident’s favorite meals. This month, Maureen stepped into the spotlight to create a delicious full-course meal with the help of chef Jimmy. Both demonstrated their passion for cooking, as they prepared everything from appetizers to dessert. The end result was a delicious meal for all to enjoy served with a proud smile by Maureen.
