Watermark University – Culinary Specials with Maureen

Time to put on our aprons and roll up our sleeves for another installment of our popular Watermark University course, Culinary Specials. Our talented chef, Jimmy Guzman, works diligently with a selected resident each month as they craft a special menu reflecting the resident’s favorite meals. This month, Maureen stepped into the spotlight to create a delicious full-course meal with the help of chef Jimmy. Both demonstrated their passion for cooking, as they prepared everything from appetizers to dessert. The end result was a delicious meal for all to enjoy served with a proud smile by Maureen. Split Pea & Ham Soup
Tossed Salad
BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Pan Seared Tilapia
Sweet Mashed Potatoes
A Summer Mixed vegetables
Lemon Meringue Pie
